散熱器是冷卻系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件，其目的是保護(hù)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)免受過(guò)熱造成的損壞。散熱器的原理是通過(guò)冷空氣體降低散熱器中發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)防凍液的溫度。散熱器由兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵結(jié)構(gòu)組成，一個(gè)是由小扁管組成的散熱板，一個(gè)是溢流槽(位于散熱板的頂部、底部或兩側(cè))
散熱器一般分：風(fēng)冷，水（油）冷，還有其他高端散熱。但是平民基本都是風(fēng)冷,就是在散熱片上加裝風(fēng)扇，達(dá)到更好的散熱效果，也有為了靜音，使用無(wú)風(fēng)扇散熱器的，但對(duì)散熱片材質(zhì)和鑄造工藝要求較高。
