聯(lián)接盤就是把兩個(gè)物體連接在一起，能夠使機(jī)械正常工作的一個(gè)連接體。

連接體是可摘局部義齒的主要組成部分之一，它將義齒的各部分連接在一起，同時(shí)還有傳遞和分散牙合力的作用，有大連接體和小連接體之分。大連接體亦稱連接桿，主要有腭桿、舌桿、腭板、舌板、唇桿等，其作用為： (1)連接義齒各部成為一個(gè)整體，傳遞和分散牙合力至基牙和鄰近的支持組織，以減少基牙在功能狀態(tài)時(shí)所承受的扭力和負(fù)荷。 (2)大連接體的使用可減少基托面積，并可增加義齒的強(qiáng)度。小連接體的作用是把金屬支架上的各部件，如卡環(huán)、支托等與大連接體相連接。它與大連接體應(yīng)呈垂直相連，需離開(kāi)牙齦少許。經(jīng)過(guò)牙齒表面時(shí)，應(yīng)較細(xì)，以免影響舌的運(yùn)動(dòng)。應(yīng)放在非倒凹區(qū)，否則影響義齒就位。需放在牙齒的鄰間隙內(nèi)并呈光滑表面，無(wú)銳角，無(wú)間隙，要有足夠的強(qiáng)度和硬度，以便分散牙合力。
