操作壽命。因此直線導軌與滑軌滑塊之間的固定就很重要。

1、推拔固定法

藉由對推拔的鎖緊來施壓，過大的鎖緊力易造成滑軌彎曲或外側肩部變形，所以安裝時要特別注意鎖緊力的適當性。

2、壓板固定法

直線導軌與滑塊側面需略微突出床臺與工作臺邊緣，而壓板需加工逃槽，以防止安裝時與滑軌或滑塊的角部產生干預。

3、滾柱固定法

滾柱是利用螺栓頭部斜度的推進來施壓，所以要特別注意螺栓頭部的位置。

4、定位螺栓固定法

提醒直線導軌因為安裝空間的限制，使用的螺栓尺寸不可太大。

1. Push-pull fixation method

2. Pressure plate fixation method

The side of the linear guide rail and slider should slightly protrude from the edges of the bed and worktable, while the pressure plate needs to be machined with escape grooves to prevent interference with the corners of the slide rail or slider during installation.

3. Roller fixing method

Rollers use the inclination of the bolt head to apply pressure, so special attention should be paid to the position of the bolt head.

4. Positioning bolt fixation method

Reminder: Due to installation space limitations, the bolt size used for linear guides should not be too large.
